Industrial high current battery 18650 Enrone 2000mAh 20R, 10C

18650 Enrone 20R 2000 mAh – industrial Li-ion battery of the 18650 form factor without protection. Thanks to new technology, Enrone INR18650 20R 1MA3 2000 mAh batteries are capable of working with high discharge currents:
up to 20A with continuous load;
up to 50A with short-term load up to 5 seconds;
up to 100A with short-term load up to 1 second;

These batteries have a LiNiMnCo composition, which allows them to operate with high currents without damaging the battery itself. In terms of characteristics, the Enrone 20R 2000 mAh battery is in no way inferior to more expensive IMR batteries (such as Efest), but Enrone has a more “pleasant” price compared to the LG Chem 18650 HD2, Samsung 18650 20R or Sony 18650 VTC4.

Original Enrone batteries that are available for retail sale have a QR code that allows you to read the model and production date.

Enrone 18650 20R (20A) batteries do not have a protection board, and therefore require compliance with the following operating conditions:

Keep Enrone 20R (20A) 18650 batteries in a dry box. Do not charge above 4.2V;
Do not discharge below 2.5V;
Do not short-circuit the battery, observe polarity;
Do not store the battery at temperatures above 45°C, keep away from fire;
Avoid contact with water;
After long-term storage, several charge/discharge cycles may be required to reach the battery's nominal capacity.
Compliance with the above rules will make the operation of Li-ion batteries without protection safe and productive.

Basic conditions for using 18650 batteries:

Constant discharge current.

<10 Amps - low current (power banks, toys, low-power flashlights)
<16 Amps - medium current (power banks with fast charging, electric motors, high-power flashlights, medium-power tools)

When batteries are overvolted, they overheat and degrade.

Internal battery resistance.

This is an important parameter. The lower the internal resistance, the more current the battery can deliver, the less it will heat up. Heat above 80 degrees kills lithium batteries.
<20 mO – high current batteries
<35 mO – medium and low current batteries
>35 mO – batteries are degraded or have specific properties

Date of manufacture of 18650 batteries.

Chemical processes inside the battery do not stop. The higher the voltage, the faster the processes. The conservation voltage (waiting for the start of operation) should be 3.4-3.7V. New batteries must have the same series voltage and a voltage not higher than 3.7V.
<2 years from production date – new (subject to storage conditions)
>2 years from the date of production - 10% degradation (subject to storage conditions)
>3 years from the date of production - 15% degradation (subject to storage conditions)
>5 years from the date of production - companies send them for recycling. Check the production date to avoid purchasing batteries that have been sent for recycling.
