Bass Pro Shops Comfortable Modern Quick Dry UPF 50+ Nylon Short Sleeve Button Down Shirts have large pockets, one on each side, that have Velcro closures to keep the flap closed. The collars also have buttons - this is extremely important when driving a boat at speeds up to 100 km/h. (collars that do not fasten can cause unpleasant impacts on the cheeks and jaw). The back of the shirts is ventilated with mesh, with the top half sealed with a flap to allow air in and heat out. The flap also has a Velcro patch that holds it over the mesh, or you can loosen it to allow more airflow.
