CTEK LITHIUM XS is a fully automated 8-stage charger designed for charging and servicing lithium ferrophosphate (LiFePO4) batteries with a voltage of 12V and a capacity of 5-60Ah (up to 120Fh in charge maintenance mode). Ensures their best performance and maximum service life.

The device is fully automatic. Charging begins immediately after connecting the contacts to the battery terminals. CTEK LITHIUM XS allows charging without disconnecting the battery from the vehicle's on-board network, and also allows continuous charging over a long period (after fully charged, the device will go into maintenance mode). Charging can be restarted manually at any time using the "Reset" button.

At the first stage - ACCEPT - the battery’s ability to hold a charge is checked and clearly faulty batteries are eliminated. This is followed by charging with the maximum permissible current up to 90% of the capacity (BULK), another 5% is added in the ABSORPTION mode, when the charging current gradually decreases. The second stage of the test begins - ANALYSE, and only upon its successful completion is a command given to bring the capacity with a weak charging current to 98% of the nominal value (COMPLETTION). This is followed by final charging at a precisely fixed voltage up to 100% (MAXIMIZATION). As a matter of fact, now it’s time to disconnect the battery. But if long-term storage is expected, you can leave it connected. Then the FLOAT and PULSE stages are implemented, the task of which is to maintain full combat readiness of the battery for an unlimited time.

The charger is protected from dust and moisture according to the IP65 standard and is fully compatible with automotive electronics. Protection against sparking, polarity reversal and short circuit.
