The new Revo® S baitcasting reel combines advanced technology and functionality with a more compact and ergonomic design that is 15% lighter than the previous model. The Revo S's new white frame features X2-Cräftic alloy for added corrosion protection.

Other features include seven stainless steel ball bearings and one roller bearing, an improved D2 gear design for more efficient cranking, and a robust carbon matrix drag system for smooth, consistent drag across the entire drag range.

The Pitch centrifugal brake uses 6 brake pads (3 spring loaded and 3 non-spring). The spring loaded brake pads only act when the spool is at high RPM (1st part of the casting) and then disengage to provide maximum distance. Non-spring brake pads act on the entire cast to provide maximum control throughout the cast.
