Pancake.ly is an all-in-one baking mix that is free of gluten, lactose and white flour. Only 100% natural ingredients! Inside you will find melting chocolate chips and chia seeds.
With its help, you can quickly and deliciously prepare: pancakes, thin pancakes, charlotte, cookies or waffles.

Ingredients: Gluten-free corn flour, coconut flour, chocolate drops, erythrol (natural sweetener), tapioca flour, green buckwheat flour, carob, chia seeds, natural cocoa, gluten-free baking powder, vanillin.

For a quick and healthy breakfast you will need:

1/3 or 80g Pancake.ly baking mix
1 egg
60 ml of your favorite milk

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and bake in a preheated frying pan without oil. Bon appetit:)

Chocolate Cookie Recipe:

  • 200 g melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 chocolate baking mix Pancake.ly

Mix all the ingredients, mold the desired shape from the chocolate mass. The thinner the ball, the faster the cookies will bake. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees!
